Project Inchling

Under the watchful eyes of the Castle Lords, the Inchlings build isolated series of communities with one another. These diminutive people fortify their towns and cities against the hostile outside world, where monsters and the "Big Ones" would like nothing more than to devour them alive.

However, communication must flow and someone must venture beyond the walls. The Poctal are oddities, exiled, and broken members of this society who venture beyond their village or city to visit others. They are not respected, nor are they beloved, they are the unfortunate reality that is tolerated by other members of this sedentary souls. 

With a small band of other Poctal, you rove beyond civilization's light into the darkness that binds them. The Wandering Lords, the eyes in the dark and masters of the natural world, seek to tempt and lead astray these wanderers. Or so the priests of the Castle Lords say. But maybe the world is just hostile and treacherous, no outside malevolence needing to interfere on its behalf.

Project Inchling is a Tabletop Roleplaying game about playing the Poctal, tiny wanderers and weirdos who have taken up the career choice of "Masochistic Mailmen." They will travel from place to place completing their objective while managing their Hunger, Blood, Illness, and Depression. The journey is fraught with peril, but with a bit of heroism, bravado, or eating your companion who died of blood loss  inspiring teamwork you may just make it out alive.

Or maybe you'll die alone in the middle of nowhere.
